Changing
the Way You Live your Life
In
this 3-4 day workshop we will explore the habits and patterns we have
unknowingly picked up from our upbringing, our teachers, our society,
and how it dictates our lives.
We
will then begin to develop a lasting freedom from them.
We
will discover ways to develop a clarity and easiness with ourselves in
difficult situations, and with people who tend to make us feel stressed.
Using
techniques such as guided hypnosis, creative visualization, Osho meditations
and voice dialogue - a powerful way to access unconscious feelings, we
will find new ways to be more relaxed, natural and grounded.
Ways
to respond to situations with a sense of inner strength and calm, rather
than a knee-jerk reaction.
Ways
you can continue to practice in your everyday life.
You
will also have the opportunity to consciously rewrite the script of your
life. To look at what would make your life more nourishing and fulfilling,
and find practical, sustainable ways of achieving that.
Family Dynamics
Based
on the famous Family Constellation work developed by Bert Hellinger, this
workshop provides the opportunity to look at how certain unconscious entanglements
from your family are affecting your present day relationships.
As long
as we have unfinished business in the family dynamic, we will bring this
into our current relationships, whether romantic, within the family itself,
or at work. It can result in unsatisfying relationships, continual conflict,
damaged love, pain, suffering, isolation and low energy.
The
workshop will give you the opportunity to see how the systems dynamics
in your family have been operating, and to understand how certain hidden
situations have been burdening you energetically, emotionally and psychologically.
It
is a way to lovingly heal old wounds of the past and to step into the
present with a new energy, a new opening to the possibilities that life
brings. A way to understand that you have been carrying burdens and destinies
which do not belong to you, and to see that you can drop them. And it
is above all, a way to make space in your life for love to flow anew.
Changing the Way you Work
Are you unhappy with your work? Do you feel unfulfilled, bored, frustrated?
The answer is not necessarily to change your job, but to see what happens if you change your attitude.
That is because the secret to fulfilment is not what we do, but how we do it. It lies in our attitude. We can complain and be miserable, which is a habit the mind loves, or we can find a way to use the situations which arise to be more present and aware.
This is a chance to look at the issues your find difficult in your work, from a different perspective. To see how you can be more relaxed and easy, more flowing in your energy and less reactive to others.
And yes, even more playful. |
